Mushroom Cakes

The perfect mushroom cakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Ciabatta
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Butter
  1. Cut the piece of ciabatta in half. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt some butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the ciabatta with the cut surface facing down and then set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a very hot pan and then fry the mushrooms in it so that they get roasted aromas and in the last two minutes add the onion and garlic and then season with salt and pepper, arrange the mushrooms on the ciabatta and sprinkle with the chives.
