Chicken Madeira with Noodle Nests

The perfect chicken madeira with noodle nests recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Chicken or turkey meat
  • 800 g Salt and pepper
  • 800 g Oil
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 2 size Onion white
  • 1 tuber Chinese garlic
  • 300 ml Madeira wine
  • 300 ml Chicken stock
  • 2 piece Spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon Maizena
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet and hot chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped parsley

  1. Wash the turkey or chicken and pat dry, season with salt and pepper – clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices – peel the onion and cut into thick wedges – peel the garlic and cut into small cubes – cut only the green part of the spring onion into thick rolls
