Crispy Crashed Potatoes
The perfect crispy crashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 medium sized Potatoes
- 2 grated Cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp Ham cubes
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Boil the potatoes and jacket potatoes and let them cool down well.
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees CIRCULAR AIR, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush the parchment paper with oil. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and mash them with a fork. Season the potatoes very well with the mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the rosemary and garlic and drizzle over the potatoes and then pour the diced ham over the potatoes.
- Bake everything in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are nice and crispy. We had fried eggs with it.
