Cake for Every Festival!

The perfect cake for every festival! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Ground :

  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 40 g Flour
  • 30 g Mondamine powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Cream:

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Quark
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Ground vanilla pod
  • 2 cups Natural yoghurt
  • 125 g Strawberry puree
  • 7 leaf Gelatin
  • 125 g Strawberries, cut

set:

  • 125 g Strawberries whole

Make a biscuit base.

  1. Beat eggs with water + sugar for 10 minutes until frothy. Mix the flour, mondamine, baking powder into a sieve, fold in. Grease the edge of the springform pan, cover with baking paper at the bottom. Pour in the batter. Bake at 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes. Make a stick test, allow to cool.

Prepare strawberries:

  4. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer + 2 packets. Vanilla sugar. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a 15 mm star nozzle. Spray on tuffs.
  5. Cut the strawberries in the middle for the decoration. Hang up. You can decorate to your liking.
