Cake for Every Festival!
The perfect cake for every festival! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ground :
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 100 g Sugar
- 40 g Flour
- 30 g Mondamine powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Cream:
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Quark
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Ground vanilla pod
- 2 cups Natural yoghurt
- 125 g Strawberry puree
- 7 leaf Gelatin
- 125 g Strawberries, cut
set:
- 125 g Strawberries whole
Make a biscuit base.
- Beat eggs with water + sugar for 10 minutes until frothy. Mix the flour, mondamine, baking powder into a sieve, fold in. Grease the edge of the springform pan, cover with baking paper at the bottom. Pour in the batter. Bake at 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes. Make a stick test, allow to cool.
Prepare strawberries:

- Whip the cream with cream stabilizer + 2 packets. Vanilla sugar. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a 15 mm star nozzle. Spray on tuffs.
- Cut the strawberries in the middle for the decoration. Hang up. You can decorate to your liking.
