Eggnog Meringue Foam with Red Fruits

For the meringues
- 250 g Strawberries
- 0,5 l Sweet cream
- 0,125 l Advocaat
- Powdered sugar
- 5 Pc. Protein
- 250 g Sugar
- 5 tsp White vinegar
- 5 tsp Cornstarch
- Put the egg white, sugar, vinegar and flour in a mixing vessel and beat until stiff. Using a tablespoon, place the solid mass in portions on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 120 degrees for 2-3 hours.
- Roughly crumble the baisers and place in the dessert bowls. Whip the cream very stiff, mix with eggnog and place on the breadcrumbs. Garnish with strawberries and raspberries and dust with a little icing sugar.
