Red Groats Eggnog Cake

- For the dough, stir the eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Stir in the oil and egg liqueur.
- Stir in flour, cornstarch and baking powder on medium heat
- Put the mixture in a greased fat pan. Then in the oven and bake at 160 ° for about 20 minutes. Then let the baking sheet cool down a little.
- For the topping, soak and dissolve gelatine according to the instructions on the packet. Put the red fruit jelly in a bowl. First add some gelatin to the gelatin, then add the gelatin mixture to the red grits.
