Woodruff – Panna Cotta …

The perfect woodruff – panna cotta … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Woodruff – Panna Cotta

  • 1 Handful (approx. 0g) Woodruff fresh
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 leaf Gelatin white
  • Some liquid green food coloring

Strawberry Sauces – Mirror

  • 100 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Serving

  • Woodruff fresh
  • Fresh strawberries

Woodruff – Panna Cotta

  1. Cut the forest master and let it dry for about an hour.
  2. Put the whipped cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and woodruff in a saucepan. Bring to the boil briefly, remove from heat and let steep for about 30 minutes. Pour through a sieve.
  3. Soak gelatine in cold water. 3 Rinse silicone or other molds with cold water. Heat the panna cotta again. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the mass. Stir in the food color until the desired color is achieved. Spread over the 3 molds and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Strawberry Sauces – Mirror

  1. Wash, drain, clean and chop strawberries. Put in a saucepan with the orange liqueur and powdered sugar. Bring to the boil briefly, remove from heat and let cool down. Pass through a sieve.

Serving

  1. Spread the strawberry sauce on dessert plates as a mirror. Carefully remove the panna cotta from the molds. Sit on the mirror. Garnish with fresh woodruff and strawberries.
