Tarte Flambée with Rocket

  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 160 ml Lukewarm water
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 2 cups Sour cream

  1. Put the flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the food processor, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Switch on the food processor and pour in the yeast water while stirring.
