Ingredients
- 1 piece Fruit ground
- 500 g Strawberries
- 1 cups Cream
- 250 gr Mascarpone
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Possibly milk
Instructions
- Wash, pluck and chop the strawberries. Put some nice strawberries back. Whip the cream. Mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar, possibly some milk. Fold in the cream. Fold in the strawberry pieces and pour the mixture onto the fruit base. Decorate with the put back strawberries. Place in the refrigerator for some time.
