Asian Salad with Wontons

The perfect asian salad with wontons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Asia salad:

  • 250 g Minced pork
  • 250 g Fresh prawns
  • 0,5 tsp Soy sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Pc. Chopped chilli
  • 1 Pc. Spring onions
  • Pepper
  • 1 packet Frozen wonton pasta sheets
  • Water
  • Oil
  • 1 Ta Cucumber
  • 1 Ta Mango
  • 1 Ta Avocado
  • Shrimp
  • 1 Ta Onion red
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

For the dressing:

  • 1,5 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce light
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Wonton

  1. Put all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix together. Spread out the wonton leaves and add a heaping teaspoon of the filling. Seal the corners of the leaves with water and then deep-fry the packets.

dressing

  1. Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

  1. Place a ring mold on the plate and then put 1/4 of each of the diced cucumber, mango, avocado and red onion into the mold and press the ingredients into place. Sprinkle with dressing and sesame seeds and finally place a fried shrimp on top.
