Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt pepper
- 2 tsp Oil
- 4 Spring onions fresh
- 200 g Pineapple
- 60 g Bamboo shoots or bean sprouts
- 8 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into fine strips, season with salt and pepper and fry in the hot oil for approx. 3 minutes, remove and set aside.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls. Cut the pineapple into fine cubes. Mix the meat, spring onions, pineapple and sprouts. Mix the soy sauce with the vegetable stock, salt and pepper and pour over it, let it steep a little.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, place on plates. Arrange the chicken salad on top and enjoy. Non-food lovers are welcome to have a little baguette with it .....
