Asian Salad Plate

dressing
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 0,5 glass Mung bean sprouts
- 2 Discs Pineapple fresh
- 1 Roman Salad Heart
- 1 Tomato
- 1 small Clove of garlic
- 1 Pc. Ginger – the size of a hazelnut
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Salt, chilli powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar brown
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce light
- Clean the chicken breasts and cut into strips, mix with the soy sauce and let it steep a little
- Clean, wash and pluck the salad, halve and slice the tomato, halve the pineapple, remove the hard central stem and cut into bite-sized pieces, drain the sprouts
- For the dressing, finely chop the garlic and ginger and mix with the vinegar, sugar and the spices. Finally, withhold the soy sauce
- Heat the oil and fry the meat in it
- Make the salad and sprouts with the dressing and distribute on plates, spread the pineapple, meat and tomato pieces on top and serve
