Creamy Herb Butter
The perfect creamy herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter (room temperature)
- 40 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bigger Cloves of garlic, or 3-4 small ones,
- 4 teaspoon Parsley (3-4 teaspoons)
- 4 teaspoon Chives (3-4 teaspoons)
- 6 leaves Basil
- Sea salt from the mill
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika
- Peel the garlic and cut into large pieces and place in a blender jug. Also add olive oil, herbs and spices and mix everything together.
- Stir the butter until foamy and add the herbs, spices and olive oil mixture and stir everything well. Let it rest for a few minutes so that the taste can develop and then add salt and season if necessary.
- The olive oil makes the herb butter nice and creamy at room temperature. It gets really solid in the refrigerator and you can also freeze it. 😉
- Enjoy it on freshly baked bread, or, for example, with a good piece of grilled meat, fill mushrooms with it and sear or grill, or also suitable for seasoning and searing. 😉
