Frankfurt Green Sauce

The perfect frankfurt green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 cups Sour cream
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 half Lemon
  • 30 g Parsley
  • 30 g Pimpinelle
  • 30 g Borage
  • 30 g Chervil
  • 30 g Sorrel
  • 30 g Chives
  • 30 g Cress
  1. Depending on your taste, take 30-50 grams of the different herbs and remove the stems, because they taste bitter. Then finely chop the herbs together with a little olive oil.
  2. Mix the sour cream, creme fraîche, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and olive oil in a bowl and add the chopped herbs. Mix well – done!
  3. Go with potatoes and boiled eggs. Good Appetite!
