Super Easy Ice Cream in Bag

The perfect super easy ice cream in bag recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cup Milk
  • 0,5 Cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,25 Cup Strawberries
  • 0,25 Cup Shortbread
  • 6 tbsp Salt
  • 5 Cup Crushed ice
  1. Put the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a zip-lock freezer bag.
  2. Add small pieces of strawberry or crumbled biscuits as desired. Close the bag and knead well once.
  3. Put about 5 cups of crushed ice in a larger freezer bag and sprinkle with 6 tablespoons of salt. Add the bag of milk and cream mixture, close the bag and shake vigorously. It is best to wear oven gloves as the contents of the bag get very cold. The salt causes the mass to freeze quickly. The lightning-fast ice cream is ready!
