Apple Rose Cake

- 1 rounder Puff pastry
- 70 g Almond powder
- 150 g Applesauce
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 2 Lemons
- 4 Apples
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- Place the purchased puff pastry with the paper in a cake tin. Trim the edges cleanly.
- Prick the bottom with a fork.
