Spare Ribs Grilled in Barbecue Marinade
The perfect spare ribs grilled in barbecue marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the ribs
- 2 liter Apple juice
- 1,5 kg Pork ribs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Colorful peppercorns
- 1 Size Onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Basil
For the marinade
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sose
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
- 4 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Bulls Eye Original Barbecue Rose

- Free the ribs from the silver skin … Preferably with a normal knife from the cutlery box. Slide it under the silver skin on a bone and slowly loosen it. If you can pack them well, just peel them off … Cut the ribs to the desired size and put them in a bowl. Now cover with the apple juice and put in the refrigerator overnight.
