Instructions

Preparation...

  • Free the ribs from the silver skin ... Preferably with a normal knife from the cutlery box. Slide it under the silver skin on a bone and slowly loosen it. If you can pack them well, just peel them off ... Cut the ribs to the desired size and put them in a bowl. Now cover with the apple juice and put in the refrigerator overnight.

The brew ...

  • Chop the onion and garlic ... Bring a pot of water to the boil on the stove ... Add the ribs, salt, peppercorns, onion, garlic, oregano and basil. Let everything simmer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the stock. Let cool on a plate or board.

The marinade ...

  • Mix the soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, honey, lemon juice and the Bulls Eye Sose in a bowl and chill. When the ribs have cooled off, they can be coated with marinade on all sides with a brush.

The grilling ...

  • Now just put the ribs on a grill until the desired brown is achieved. If there is some marinade left over, some can be spread over the ribs during the grilling ...
