Frankfurt’s Green Sauce
The perfect frankfurt’s green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Frankfurt Green Sauce Herbal Mixture
- 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 500 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely.
- Put the yoghurt, sour cream and mustard in a bowl and mix well together. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the herbs and stir.
- Peel the eggs in half, roughly chop 1 egg. Spread the Frankfurter green sauce on plates, cover each with a halved egg and serve sprinkled with the remaining chopped eggs.
