Detox Salad with Quinoa and Walnuts
The perfect detox salad with quinoa and walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Quinoa
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 3 tbsp Walnut oil
- 5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0,5 Cup Chopped walnuts
- 150 g Arugula
- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 Pc. Pomegranate
- 0,25 Pc. Mango
- Cook the quinoa in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.
- Whisk salt, pepper, sugar, walnut oil and apple cider vinegar into a dressing.
- Wash and clean rocket and lamb’s lettuce. Put the salad in the salad bowl for the dressing.
- Add the pomegranate, chopped walnuts and cooled quinoa. Mix everything well.
- Place the filleted mango on the bed of lettuce and garnish with a little pomegranate and walnuts.
