Detox Salad with Quinoa and Walnuts

The perfect detox salad with quinoa and walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Quinoa
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0,5 Cup Chopped walnuts
  • 150 g Arugula
  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 1 Pc. Pomegranate
  • 0,25 Pc. Mango
  1. Cook the quinoa in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Whisk salt, pepper, sugar, walnut oil and apple cider vinegar into a dressing.
  3. Wash and clean rocket and lamb’s lettuce. Put the salad in the salad bowl for the dressing.
  4. Add the pomegranate, chopped walnuts and cooled quinoa. Mix everything well.
  5. Place the filleted mango on the bed of lettuce and garnish with a little pomegranate and walnuts.
