Red Cabbage Salad with Apples and Walnuts

  • 1 Little red cabbage
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Walnut kernels
  • Balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper
  • Sugar, cinnamon powder
  1. Clean the red cabbage, cut into eighths and cut into narrow strips. Sprinkle with a little salt and knead well so that it absorbs some liquid.
