Ingredients
- 1,5 juice Clementine
- 2 tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 tsp Forest honey
- 1 tbsp Balsamico manicardi 8 years
- 4 hacked Walnuts
- 2 Goat cheese
Instructions
- First make the juice of the clementines, add walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, forest honey and the chopped walnuts, mix everything, then add the lamb's lettuce. In the meantime, bake the goat's cheese with forest honey in the oven. To serve with the previously chopped walnuts, use finely chopped clementines, serve with root bread
