Fresh Brussels Sprouts with Polish Sausage
The perfect fresh brussels sprouts with polish sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Package or network Brussels sprouts fresh
- 1 cups Cream
- 0,25 g Butter
- 1,5 kg Potatoes
- 1 Package 3 pieces Polish sausage
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tablespoon Salt and pepper
Brussels sprouts
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them in a little water with the vegetable stock, but please do not too soft, as they will still be placed in the sauce. Then place the Brussels sprouts in a sieve. Please save some of the Brussels sprouts water.
The sauce
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add a little flour, and pour the cream and milk on it. Until a thick sauce is formed. A little salt and pepper. Briefly put the Brussels sprouts in the sauce. Do not boil, just to warm up. I always mix cream and milk so that it doesn’t get too fat, and then mix in the Brussels sprouts.
The potatoes
- Peel and quarter, then boil in a saucepan with water and salt until soft.
The Polish
- Fry well in a pan. When the potatoes are ready, arrange the potatoes, the Brussels sprouts with sauce and the Polish on a plate, then just enjoy.
