Corned Beef Hash

The perfect corned beef hash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 250 g Corned beef
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into 2 cm cubes. Cook in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings, cut the corned beef into 2 cm cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the potatoes and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Add the spring onions and corned beef, fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and serve sprinkled with parsley.
