Corned Beef Hash
The perfect corned beef hash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 250 g Corned beef
- 6 tbsp Oil
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into 2 cm cubes. Cook in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
- Cut the spring onions into rings, cut the corned beef into 2 cm cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the potatoes and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Add the spring onions and corned beef, fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and serve sprinkled with parsley.
