Paprika Pan
The perfect paprika pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Stick of leek
- 4 piece Sausages
- 1 whole Red pepper
- 1 whole Orange peppers
- 4 small Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 size Thick carrot
- 70 g Tomato paste
- 1 go El Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp Dried coriander
- 1 tsp Dried chervil
- 300 ml Water
- Peel the carrots and slice them thinly.
- Cut the leek into rings.
- Roughly chop the bell peppers.
- Cut the sausages into slices.
- Briefly fry the carrots in the oil.
- Add the sausages and until they are light golden brown. .
- Add vegetables, lemon juice, tomato paste and water.
- Add the coriander, parsley and chervil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Possibly add some water.
- Let simmer on low heat until paprika is slightly firm to the bite. Finished
