Paprika Pan

The perfect paprika pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Stick of leek
  • 4 piece Sausages
  • 1 whole Red pepper
  • 1 whole Orange peppers
  • 4 small Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 size Thick carrot
  • 70 g Tomato paste
  • 1 go El Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp Dried coriander
  • 1 tsp Dried chervil
  • 300 ml Water
  1. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly.
  2. Cut the leek into rings.
  3. Roughly chop the bell peppers.
  4. Cut the sausages into slices.
  5. Briefly fry the carrots in the oil.
  6. Add the sausages and until they are light golden brown. .
  7. Add vegetables, lemon juice, tomato paste and water.
  8. Add the coriander, parsley and chervil.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Possibly add some water.
  11. Let simmer on low heat until paprika is slightly firm to the bite. Finished
