Cherry Pudding Crumble Cake for My Cookable Bar Friends Uschi and Luck

The perfect cherry pudding crumble cake for my cookable bar friends uschi and luck recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough

  • 300 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 little one Egg
  • 125 g Butter

Sour cherries from the glass

  • 1 Glass Cherries

Custard powder

  • 1,5 packet Custard powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  1. I baked this cake for Luck for my friend Uschi’s husband, because we actually met at 10 in the morning for a delicious veal sausage breakfast at my place. But Luck loves cake so much, so I have this quick one, and according to my loved ones Friends baked delicious cakes. It’s a shame that Arnim and Gabi weren’t there. But they are traveling. Gabi would only have eaten the veal sausages.

  1. Use the above ingredients to make sprinkles. If you want more sprinkles, simply take double the amount of all the ingredients. Grease a 26 cm springform pan well. Spread some of the sprinkles on the base. Preheat the oven to top / bottom heat 175c.

  1. Cook a pudding according to the cooking instructions. Please only use the amount of milk indicated above.
  2. Spread the pudding mixture on the dough base, then add the cherries on top, at the end the remaining sprinkles, put in the oven for about 50-60 minutes, and cover the cake halfway through the baking time.
