Fluffy, Delicious Vegan Muffins
The perfect fluffy, delicious vegan muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 280 g Flour
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 15 g Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Applesauce
- 100 ml Oil
- 150 ml Mineral water
- Mix all ingredients well, I used 100 g wholemeal spelled flour and 180 g wheat flour.
- This is the basic recipe, you can now add other ingredients as you wish. I added orange peel, a chopped apple, nuts and raisins. But you can also add cinnamon, other fruit, ground hazelnuts or whatever else you have in the house to the dough.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 10 muffins, in the picture some have already been eaten 😉 Delicious, very easy!
