Pink Muffins (vegan)

  • 75 g Wheat flour
  • 50 ml Soy milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Red food coloring
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and line a muffin baking tray with four molds.
  2. Put the oil, yoghurt, milk and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix well with a hand mixer. Stir in the food coloring as desired until the right shade is obtained. Spread the dough on the molds and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes on the middle rack. Then let it cool down.
