Fluffy, Delicious Vegan Muffins

The perfect fluffy, delicious vegan muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 280 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 15 g Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Applesauce
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 150 ml Mineral water
  1. Mix all ingredients well, I used 100 g wholemeal spelled flour and 180 g wheat flour.
  2. This is the basic recipe, you can now add other ingredients as you wish. I added orange peel, a chopped apple, nuts and raisins. But you can also add cinnamon, other fruit, ground hazelnuts or whatever else you have in the house to the dough.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 10 muffins, in the picture some have already been eaten 😉 Delicious, very easy!
