Vegan Muffins
The perfect vegan muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Sifted spelled flour
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 2 Mixed banana
- 100 ml Rice or oat drink
- 2 tsp Palm syrup or maple syrup
- 2 tsp Stevia liquid
- Preheat the bach oven to 180 ° C above and below heat.
- Sift the flour, grind the hazelnuts, mix the banana, measure the rice or oat drink, add palm or maple syrup and put everything in a bowl with stevia.
- Mix briefly (!) With the whisk of the mixer so that all ingredients are mixed evenly.
- Now distribute the mixture on approx. 10 (or silicone) molds and leave in the oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack
