Tuscan Style Chicken
The perfect tuscan style chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
4 small ones with me!
- Seasoned salt from my KB
- Garlic pepper from my KB
- Mace
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 small Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Msp Grated saffron
- 150 ml White wine dry
- 400 g Chopped tomatoes
- 50 g Dried tomatoes
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 125 g Pickled olives, pitted
- 0,5 Squeezed lemons
- Rosemary fresh
- Garlic pepper from my KB
- Telly cherry pepper
- Season the chicken with garlic pepper, seasoned salt and mace. Then turn in flour! Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly sear the chicken on all sides!
- Then clean, wash and dice paprika. Peel the onions and garlic, cut the onions into fine wedges and press the garlic! Dice the dried tomatoes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Now take the chicken out of the pan and in the same pan fry the onions first and then the garlic, peppers, mushrooms, rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes. Fry briefly and dissolve the saffron in white wine! Then use it to deglaze the vegetables and season with lemon juice, garlic pepper and pepper!
- Fill into a baking dish and put the chicken on top!
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until crispy!
- There was also cappellini and Parmesan slicer! But also goes well with crispy bread!
