Tender Roast Beef from Oven, on Pepper and Braised Onions

The perfect tender roast beef from oven, on pepper and braised onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Fresh beef prime rib
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 5 small Onions
  • 2 tbsp Green peppercorns pickled
  • 1 Sip Water
  • Sea salt fine
  • Telly cherry pepper

Preheat the oven to 110 degrees!

  1. Take the beef out of the refrigerator 2 hours before preparing and season with garlic pepper and seasoned salt on all sides! Sear them in hot clarified butter on all sides!
  2. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut them into thin wedges! Roughly chop the peppercorns and rosemary. Then remove the roast and briefly roast the onions in the same fat! Put onions, peppercorns, rosemary, sea salt and pepper in a baking dish and place the roast on top! Braise in the preheated oven for 3 hours!
  3. Then wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it steep a little!
  4. Slice the meat and serve with pepper and braised onions and, as we do, with rosemary potato spoons & salad! 🙂
  5. Herbal butter also goes great with it!
