Ingredients
- 2,5 kg Roast beef shield piece
- 500 g Small onion
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 100 g Liquid butter
- 1 pinch Salt + pepper
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 300 ml Wine red or white
Instructions
- Knock the meat flat, rub with salt and pepper, fry in hot oil first on the fat side, then on the skin side. Place in the oven heated to 180 degrees and pour the liquid butter over it.
- Cut the onions and soup greens into walnut-sized pieces, add to the meat with the tomato paste, dust with flour. Pour in the wine, cover and stew for 2-3 hours. Served with mashed potatoes. Vegetables as desired.
