Marble Cake Extra Juicy (small)

The perfect marble cake extra juicy (small) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Batter

  • 125 g Margerine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 ml Cream
  • 130 g Flour
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • Ground vanile

molding

  • 75 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 35 ml Cream
  1. Beat the butter until frothy, stir in the sugar and eggs. Add some ground vanilla, as well as the cream and flour, and baking powder. Mix everything well, then put half of it in a greased and floured tin. Now melt the dark chocolate (I made it in the micro) and stir in the other half, add the cocoa powder, stir everything again and pour into the mold. Then bake for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
  2. Let cool and then heat the couverture with the cream and stir until smooth. Then put on top of the cake.
  3. Tip 3: I think it’s super awesome when you serve melted chocolate to eat. The flour used was Rewe free from.
