Juicy Marble Cake

- 300 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 6 piece Eggs (M)
- 100 Milliliters Milk
- 75 Milliliters Cream
- 360 g Wheat flour
- 12 g Baking powder
- 150 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 18 g Baking cocoa
- 10 g Vanilla sugar
- 2,5 g Salt
- Beat the softened butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer for about 7 minutes until the mixture is white and frothy.
- Mix flour and baking powder and stir half into the butter and egg mixture.
- Add the milk, then briefly stir in the remaining flour mixture and finally add the cream.
- Put half of the dough in a greased and floured baking pan. Then melt the couverture and let it cool down a little.
- Add the couverture and cocoa powder to the rest of the batter and stir well. Place the dark dough on the light dough in the baking pan and use a fork to pull it through the dough in a spiral.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 55-60 minutes. After baking, let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes and then flip out of the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Good Appetite!
