Feta Skewers

The perfect feta skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Feta
  • 1 kl. piece Cucumber
  • 15 Black olives, pitted
  • Wooden skewers
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the feta into small cubes.
  2. Peel and halve the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
  3. Halve the olives.
  4. On a skewer starting with olive, then cucumber, and ending with feta.
  5. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with a little olive oil.
