Avocado and Strawberry Carpaccio with Prawn Skewers and Feta

Also:
- 1 Ripe avocado
- Maple syrup
- 1 Organic lime
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and colored pepper
- Feta
- 6 Shrimp
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Wooden skewers
- Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut the fruit into thin slices.
- Cut the avocado open, peel and remove the stone. Divide the two halves lengthways again and also cut into fine slices so that the avocado slices are about the same size as the strawberry slices.
- Arrange on two plates. Put a strawberry and an avocado layer on top of each other in several layers.
- Mix the dressing in a small bowl. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the juice of half an organic lime and a teaspoon of maple syrup. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the carpaccio.
- Crumble the feta over the top.
- Skewer 3 to 4 prawns on two wooden sticks and fry them in a pan with a little garlic and oil.
- Serve the strawberry and avocado carpaccio with the prawn skewers.
