Fruity Champagne Jelly with Pomegranate
The perfect fruity champagne jelly with pomegranate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pomegranate
- 600 ml Dry sparkling wine
- 1 kg Preserving sugar
- 300 ml Grape juice
- Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds and distribute between the glasses.
- Put sparkling wine with grape juice in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring.
- Let simmer for 4 minutes over high heat while stirring. Pour jelly hot into the jars, close immediately and turn upside down.
