Fruity Champagne Jelly with Pomegranate

The perfect fruity champagne jelly with pomegranate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 600 ml Dry sparkling wine
  • 1 kg Preserving sugar
  • 300 ml Grape juice
  1. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds and distribute between the glasses.
  2. Put sparkling wine with grape juice in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring.
  3. Let simmer for 4 minutes over high heat while stirring. Pour jelly hot into the jars, close immediately and turn upside down.
