Beetroot Spaghetti with Shrimp

- 2 size Beetroot
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 200 g Shrimp
- 125 g Yogurt
- 2 fresh Garlic cloves
- Salt pepper
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch Baharat
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Peel the beetroot and use a spiral cutter to make spaghetti.
- Season the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey, lemon juice, Baharat, salt and pepper.
- Possibly remove the bowels from the prawns.
- Let it stand for a moment in a bowl with some pressed garlic and oil.
- Briefly toss the beetroot noodles in hot oil.
- Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, honey and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
- Preheat a pan and fry the prawns without garlic for about 1 minute on both sides.
- Spread the beetroot noodles on plates and pour the yogurt sauce all around.
- Arrange the prawns on top.
