Beetroot Spaghetti with Shrimp

The perfect beetroot spaghetti with shrimp recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Beetroot
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 125 g Yogurt
  • 2 fresh Garlic cloves
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Baharat
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  1. Peel the beetroot and use a spiral cutter to make spaghetti.
  2. Season the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey, lemon juice, Baharat, salt and pepper.
  3. Possibly remove the bowels from the prawns.
  4. Let it stand for a moment in a bowl with some pressed garlic and oil.
  5. Briefly toss the beetroot noodles in hot oil.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, honey and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
  7. Preheat a pan and fry the prawns without garlic for about 1 minute on both sides.
  8. Spread the beetroot noodles on plates and pour the yogurt sauce all around.
  9. Arrange the prawns on top.
