Pomegranate Secco Jelly with Same Seeds

The perfect pomegranate secco jelly with same seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Bottle (0.75 l) Fruit secco pomegranate (from the winery that adorns the glass in the photo)
  • 50 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 leaf Gelatin
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • Whipped cream
  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Gently heat the secco with the sugar so that the sugar dissolves. Heat the water a little more and dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it. Add four tablespoons of the Secco to the water, then stir this mixture into the Secco. Fill into bowls or glasses and chill (ideally 24 hours in the refrigerator or on the cold, shady balcony).
  2. Before serving, spray on the whipped cream (or pour on it with a spoon) and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. DANGER! The food contains alcohol.
