- 6 st Chicken legs
- 25 g Oregano
- 25 g Sweet paprika
- 10 g Curry
- 1 tsp Salt
- 10 ml Marsala
- 30 ml Olive oil
- It starts. First bon the thighs. When you do this for the first time, it takes a while. But over time you get faster. Take the chickens out of the fridge and when the oven is ready, put them in for about 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the chickens from the oven and wipe the marinade with a brush so that the skin can get really crispy and grill them for another 30 minutes over indirect heat.
