The skewers with pieces of chicken breast and fresh vegetables
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Fresh onions
- 200 g Red peppers
- 200 g Zucchini fresh
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
Marinade (chicken breast to pickle the day before)
- 1 piece Garlic fresh

- 1 piece Lemon fresh

- 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 2 tbsp Spice Ketchup
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Curry
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
Preparation the day before, marinade
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces (2 x 4 x 4 cm). Mix the spice mixture with all the ingredients and mix with the chicken breast fillets cut into pieces in a lock and lock and leave to soak in the refrigerator at 4 degrees C overnight.
