Vegetable Spaghetti Zoodles (e.g. with Poultry Schnitzel)
The perfect vegetable spaghetti zoodles (e.g. with poultry schnitzel) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Meat allowance
- Fresh carrot
- Fresh peppers
- Kohlrabi fresh
- Onion
- Vegetable broth
- Orange zest
- Pepper
- Mace salt
- Butter
- Turkey schnitzel
- Pepper and salt
- Cornflakes breading
- Cut the vegetables and onions into fine spirals / spaghetti.
- Melt the butter on a large platter and layer the vegetables according to their degree of doneness. Cook on all sides over a medium heat for a total of 3 minutes. During this time you prepare the schnitzel and fry them in a pan on all sides with butter for 3 minutes each.
- Now season the vegetables and pour in the broth. Mix well and cook again for 3 minutes.
- Everything is ready – then put the schnitzel on the plates and the vegetables on top (see pictures).
