Vegetable Spaghetti Zoodles (e.g. with Poultry Schnitzel)

The perfect vegetable spaghetti zoodles (e.g. with poultry schnitzel) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Meat allowance

  • Fresh carrot
  • Fresh peppers
  • Kohlrabi fresh
  • Onion
  • Vegetable broth
  • Orange zest
  • Pepper
  • Mace salt
  • Butter
  • Turkey schnitzel
  • Pepper and salt
  • Cornflakes breading
  1. Cut the vegetables and onions into fine spirals / spaghetti.
  2. Melt the butter on a large platter and layer the vegetables according to their degree of doneness. Cook on all sides over a medium heat for a total of 3 minutes. During this time you prepare the schnitzel and fry them in a pan on all sides with butter for 3 minutes each.
  3. Now season the vegetables and pour in the broth. Mix well and cook again for 3 minutes.
  4. Everything is ready – then put the schnitzel on the plates and the vegetables on top (see pictures).
