Chinese Dumplings
The perfect chinese dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Frozen wonton pasta sheets
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce chinese
- Let the wonton leaves thaw (this takes about 2 hours at room temperature. Peel the ginger and cut into fine cubes. Roughly chop the parsley. Put the minced meat, egg, ginger, parsley, salt and sesame oil in a bowl and knead everything thoroughly.
- Put 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of the dough. Brush the edge with a little water and fold the dough together, pressing the edge firmly together with a fork.
- Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the dumplings in it. Deglaze with a little water and cook covered for about 3 minutes. Arrange the Chinese dumplings on plates and serve with the soy sauce.
