Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 pretzels (Brezen), cut into small pieces
- ¼ liter of milk
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 50 g flour
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the sliced pretzels in a bowl. Bring the milk to a boil and pour in the milk. Add the eggs and chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Only now fold in the flour (important for binding). Form the dough into dumplings. Let them rest in boiling salted water for about 20-25 minutes.
