Crumble Cake with Tangerines and Sour Cream

The perfect crumble cake with tangerines and sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • For the crumble dough:
  • 400 g Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g Cold butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • For the filling:
  • 3 Cans Mandarin oranges 175 g drained.
  • 800 g Sour cream 20% fat
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla pudding
  1. Pour the mandarins into a colander and drain well.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add butter, sugar, egg and vanilla pudding and make sprinkles by hand. Pour half of the crumble into the prepared springform pan and press down on the bottom. Put the other half aside.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the vanilla pudding and stir in. Finally fold in the tangerines. Put the sour cream mass on the dough and spread the remaining crumble on top.
  4. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin.
