Bellini from Vineyard Peach

Preparation of the red vineyard peach liqueur:

  1. Briefly scald peaches with hot water and peel, cut in half or quarter and fill into a bulbous bottle. Pour sweet and “clear” brown rock candy over it so that everything is covered. Clearer, e.g. grain, is suitable because it has no taste of its own. Leave it in the sun for a few months, shake it every now and then, pour it off and enjoy.
