Bellini from Vineyard Peach
The perfect bellini from vineyard peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Peaches
- Rock sugar brown
- Clearer
- Prosecco sparkling wine
Preparation of the red vineyard peach liqueur:
- Briefly scald peaches with hot water and peel, cut in half or quarter and fill into a bulbous bottle. Pour sweet and “clear” brown rock candy over it so that everything is covered. Clearer, e.g. grain, is suitable because it has no taste of its own. Leave it in the sun for a few months, shake it every now and then, pour it off and enjoy.
Bellini from the vineyard peach:
- Put a shot of vineyard peach liqueur in the champagne glass, pour in prosecco and stir – done!
