Black Velvet
The perfect black velvet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Blueberry-Currant syrup
- 250 ml Beer Guinness
- 100 ml Black beer
- 250 ml Champagne
- Pour 20 ml blueberry-currant syrup into 5 tall champagne glasses. Hold the glass at an angle and pour in 50 ml of Guinness, add 20 ml of black beer and fill up with another 50 ml of champagne. Place the black straw in the glass and serve.
