Chili Oil According to Mr. Wu
The perfect chili oil according to mr. wu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Rapeseed oil
- 25 g Chop up the chilli flakes or dried chilli peppers
- At the suggestion of a KB friend, here is my tip also as a recipe. Put the chilli flakes with the oil in a saucepan and heat slowly so that the aroma develops. Not longer than 5 minutes, otherwise the chilli will burn and taste bitter.
- Then take it off the stove and let it stand at room temperature for about 24 hours.
- Attention: very hot!
- I mostly only use the oil, but of course you can also use the flakes in any dish.
